Jessica Rabbit Contouring was founded in 2021 by Jessica Rabbit also known as Tashima Thomas, a dedicated licensed practical nurse with over 13 years of experience in post-operative care. After witnessing the gaps in recovery support for plastic and reconstructive surgery patients, Jessica envisioned a practice that would combine traditional nursing care with specialized manual lymphatic massage techniques.
Jessica is certified in post-operative massage, body contouring massage, and serves as an American Heart Association BLS Instructor. Her extensive background in Human Resources and Healthcare Administration—combined with expertise in quality assurance, utilization management, home health care, private duty nursing, nursing informatics analysis, quality improvement, and compliance—has been instrumental in building a practice grounded in excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient satisfaction.

She holds multiple certifications in post-operative massage and body contouring techniques, and is passionate about combining clinical expertise with specialized massage therapy to enhance healing outcomes.
